Lovey Dovey Artichoke Spinach Dip...

Yesterday, we went to a little superbowl get together and I took over a big bread bowl filled with our families favorite artichoke dip. But, this time instead of cutting a circle in the sour dough bowl...I decided to get a little v-day happy and cut out a heart! It just made dipping chips in it that much more fantastic!  It's like my wise grammy always says "the secret ingredient to any good recipe is LOVE!" :-)

Here is the cast of characters for this super sinchy recipe...oh, and the how to:
^^^ Hollow out the bowl just a little so that the dip can fit inside the bowl...don't hollow it out too thin
^^^pour the dip mix in the bowl and cover it with the top of your cut out
^^^cook at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes so it gets nice and warm and toasty...
Artichoke Spinach Dip
2 cups sour cream
1 package of ranch powder dip
1 can of chopped artichokes
1 package frozen spinach (I get the one that comes in a box)...thawed and drained
1 large sour dough bread bowl

directions: Cut out a circle (or heart...) in bread bowl and hollow it out (set the bread pieces aside...they're great for dipping!!!). Than mix all ingredients together. Pour inside the bowl and cover with the cut out top. Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately with bread pieces and chips! They'll go buck wild I tell ya! :-)
