But what if color was a sound or a tune? I know. I'm totally getting deep here haha, but my friend Mary told me about photographer Martin Klimas, who shot a series called "what does music look like?" He spent six months and took about 1,000 shots to produce the final images from his studio in Germany. I think this is the best attempt of answering that question! They are absolutely brilliant! Now if only he could freeze the actual paint and make them into sculptures?!?! That would be quadruple brilliant! :-)

ReplyDeletethese are incredible! and actually we had writing exercises in college (i was a communications major) where we had to describe color. it's def a lot harder than one would think. wish i could have submitted something like this!
