Como Color Palette

I think if I were to imagine what heaven would be like, it would look something similar to Lake Como! After a long train ride from Zurich we got on a boat and it took us to a little town called Bellagio (I think that is where the Las Vegas Bellagio Hotel got it's inspiration?! Just a guess though *wink). You could honestly taste how fresh the air was...it was so nice to be so far away from all the distractions of every day life--(and by that I mean my hubby got no cell phone reception ha).

We were only there for a day, and it POURED for about an hour and than cleared right up! Thank the heavens--otherwise I have no idea what we would have done?! My favorite things about Lake Como were: the hot chocolate (it was like pudding), the tulips, the cobble stone streets, Hotel Belvedere, the boat ride to the city because it was the perfect time to check out all the fantastic homes on the lake--like George Clooney's place (he wasn't home, I guess he forgot we were coming?!). Oh, I kinda want to go back. Just kinda.
Does this villa look familiar? at the very end of Casino Royal, this was in the last scene...not to shabby ey?!

  6. Oddly enough the family of ducks I saw paddling around in Lake Como was my favorite park of this small city but quaint city. Their church also mesmerized me. Looks like another fun day for you two!

    1. It's the hot chocolate that I was talking about...it doesn't even look like hot chocolate though haha it was more like chocolate pudding but a little runnier. Best stuff I've had in a long time!!!
