Homemade Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream (with lots of chocolate chunks!)

Hey there friends! My rule of thumb is when I find a good recipe, I share it. This is nothing short of good, with a side of creamy and delicious. Plus, it even says in the cuisinart cook book that it's "one of the easiest ice-creams to make"! Im a sucker for easy how-tos and peanut butter, so this was a no brainer.

Below is the recipe and a few pics (b/c it's always nice to actually see what you're making!) So to all those who want to take a spoon to this goodness, here ya go...

peanut butter cup ice cream
1 cup good quality peanut butter
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup (or maybe throw in an extra 1/2 cup if you dig that sort of thing) chopped peanut butter cup candies. This ends up being about 20 mini peanut butter cups.

In a medium mixing bowl, use a hand mixer on low to combine peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Add the milk and mix on low until sugar is dissolved. Stir in heavy cream and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, or overnight.

Turn on your ice-cream maker...we used the THIS one. Pour the mixture into freezer bowl and let mix until thickened, about 15-20 minutes. Five minutes before mixing is complete add shopped candy. The ice-cream will have a soft, creamy texture. If you want a firmer consistency transfer it to a airtight container and put in the freezer for about 2 hours.

  1. In this manner my buddy Wesley Virgin's tale starts in this SHOCKING AND CONTROVERSIAL video.

Wesley was in the army-and shortly after leaving-he unveiled hidden, "mind control" secrets that the government and others used to obtain anything they want.

As it turns out, these are the EXACT same secrets tons of famous people (notably those who "come out of nothing") and the greatest business people used to become wealthy and successful.

You probably know that you utilize only 10% of your brain.

That's mostly because the majority of your brainpower is UNCONSCIOUS.

Perhaps that thought has even occurred IN YOUR very own head... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's head seven years ago, while riding an unlicensed, garbage bucket of a car without a driver's license and with $3.20 on his banking card.

"I'm so frustrated with living paycheck to paycheck! When will I finally succeed?"

You've taken part in those types of conversations, ain't it so?

Your very own success story is waiting to start. You need to start believing in YOURSELF.
